I find many things and people inspiring. Quotes and manifestations I can relate to; lyrics to songs that describe how I am feeling about a personal situation; people who share their stories and their learnings from those experiences; a gorgeous sunset or delicate flower to highlight nature’s beauty.

Life inspires. Every day is a new day to begin again. So today, I started the day thinking through what the day could look like: a nice sunny, Florida heat-filled day; a 4 mile walk with my best friend; strong and confident feelings as I write and share these thoughts.
